Review and Action

Please send your DMCA Notice via email to dmca@laylox.com. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Laylox.com will promptly review the claim and take appropriate action. We strive to investigate and remove rule-breaking content within 72 hours; however, in some cases, it may take up to a week to complete the process. Please note that we may request additional information or clarification to facilitate the investigation.

Counter-Notification

If the content in question is removed based on a DMCA Notice and you believe that the material was removed in error or that you have the necessary rights to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

1. Your full name, address, and telephone number.
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which you reside or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Laylox.com may be found.
